Qualification Credit Framework in Dementia Care
Having now had experience in delivering QCF’s in dementia care and QCF train the trainer courses I can see the benefits of these standardised courses for anyone working in dementia care. Not only are they cost affective with every learner costing under £3 per head but care home owners and managers can feel confident that their staff are being trained to an acceptable level to enable them to care for individuals with dementia.
Set to Work is getting ready for October 19th 2010
